Are Cockpit Builder Italia products really Plug&Play?
Yes, our products are truly Plug&Play, via SimVimX (soon to be discontinued) and the Mobiflight system.
I need assistance for your products, what can I do?
Very simply you can contact me on WhatsApp or by email to describe the problem, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible and we will try to help you.
Are the products compatible with MSFS?
Yes, but check carefully in the product description and if you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us!
I'm building a Cockpit with products purchased elsewhere, can I contact you to ask how it is possible to connect them to the SIM?
Unfortunately we only know our products, and we cannot offer assistance on the products of other sellers. But feel free to contact us anyway, maybe you can sell what you have and buy ours.
Do some products require the control unit?
Yes, but only those who use SimVimX. While the products that use Mobiflight are modules that connect directly to the PC via a USB cable without control unit. For any clarification, feel free to contact us!
Once I purchase a product from you, how do I set it up?
Once you have purchased the product, you will be sent a link where you can download the configuration file (Mobiflight) or you will be contacted by one of our representatives for the assisted configuration of SimVimX (being abandoned)
Are all products compatible with MacOS?
Unfortunately not, our products are only compatible with Windows 10/11
Are your products ready? Or should we wait?
Yes, you have to wait. We only produce to order. But you can check the Used and Occasions section, maybe you will find what you are interested in at a lower price and immediately available!
